Dinner at the Bar: Masseria x Laika Spirits

Join us for a side-by-side tasting of pure Mezcal and Sotol, with uniquely crafted cocktails presented with our 4-course dinner.

We will feature two of Laika Spirits’ specialties: Mezcal and Sotol. Mezcal is a spirit distilled from any varietal of the agave plant. Sotol is a distillate made from the head of the Dasylirion plant, indigenous to Northern Mexico, and has been used by native tribes for over 800 years.

Ismael Gomez was born and raised in the heart of tequila country in Mexico and founded Laika Spirits to celebrate and honor his cultural heritage. Laika Spirits explores the wisdom and traditions behind the production of tequila, mezcal, and other destilado (distilled spirits).
