NoMa Neighborhood Specials

The NoMa in Color Nights Out and NoMa in Color Art Walk are funded through the Streets for People grant program, which is managed by DC’s Office of Planning and provides funding for creative and innovative temporary uses of public space. Streets for People events foster economic recovery, fill underutilized public space, promote equity through free and welcoming events, and spotlight local artists and businesses.
