Gavin, the Senior Associate of Planning & Economic Development for the NoMa BID, works with a variety of development efforts to make NoMa a better place. His work focuses on equitable development as a tool to uplift multimodal urban communities. He brings experience from the National Landing BID and the D.C. Mobility Innovation District, and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Professional Studies in Urban & Regional Planning at Georgetown University. Outside of work, Gavin can be found running, biking, singing, or at a D.C. United game.
