The h3 project

The NoMa BID partners with the DC non-profit, the h3 Project, to provide intensive, individualized outreach and services to persons experiencing homelessness. The h3 Project, founded by Dr. Ami Angell, is dedicated to creatively addressing homelessness and human trafficking by meeting people where they are and helping them along in their journey.

Dr. Angell and h3 Project staff work seven days a week to fill a gap in services not currently provided by other social service agencies. They develop individualized action plans, seek temporary and permanent housing placements, and connect people to additional opportunities.
