NoMa Murals

NoMa has earned its reputation as the “Mural Capital of D.C.” Over the past decade, more than 150 murals have been painted across the neighborhood, transforming walls into a vibrant outdoor gallery that celebrates creativity and community. Today, visitors can experience 50+ large-scale works of art throughout NoMa, with Alethia Tanner Park (227 Harry Thomas Way, NE) alone showcasing 30 stunning murals. Together, these works reflect the neighborhood’s commitment to public art and its role in shaping one of the most colorful and inspiring destinations in the city.
