Brian focuses on attracting and retaining businesses and residents to the neighborhood, and future plans to make NoMa even better. In his previous role as Senior Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Durham, North Carolina’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, Brian led the city’s small business development program, working to strengthen Durham’s entrepreneurial ecosystem to ensure equitable access to business development opportunities.
