Celise joined the NoMa BID in September of 2024. As the Office Administrator, she is responsible for the overall Administrative and Human Resources needs of the NoMa BID. To ensure that the NoMa BID office operates efficiently, Celise brings many years of Office Management experience to this position. While working as a receptionist, Celise was bitten by the administrative bug, and she has not looked back. Celise has held positions in all levels of office administration since her initial time as a receptionist over 20 years ago. As a native of Washington, DC, Celise is excited to bring her years of experience and knowledge to the office team, residents, and businesses of NoMa BID.
