Ruben provides overall leadership and management for both the public space and ambassador operations for the district.  Prior to coming to NOMA, Ruben also led the public space operations for the Hollywood Partnership BID which included the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Prior to his role in Hollywood, he also led the public safety and guest experience operations for AEG Facilities at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Ruben is a proud graduate of Claremont Graduate University where he graduated with an Executive MBA.
