Washington, D.C., May 18, 2011 – The next wave of residential construction in NoMa continues, as StonebridgeCarras broke ground last week on 203 residential units at their Constitution Square site. The development is an expansion of the 440-unit Flats 130 luxury apartments, which are already more than 45 percent leased since opening in October. The
