NoMa’s Annual Pumpkin Carving Party Returns with a 90s Cover Band, Food Trucks and a Petting Zoo
WASHINGTON, DC, October 19, 2015: On October 22, 2015 NoMa will reprise its fabulous fall classic, the Pumpkin Carving Happy Hour. This event is the perfect free fall, family-friendly event. The third annual Pumpkin Carving Happy Hour will be held on Thursday, October 22 from 4pm – 7pm at NoMa Junction @ Storey Park. Carve or paint a free pumpkin, enjoy seasonal treats from local food trucks, sip on hot apple cider or beer and wine and check out the 14,000 SF of murals created by 55 East Coast artists. Pumpkins, carving utensils, live music, petting zoo, face-painting and a candy scavenger hunt are free. Food and beverages are available for purchase.
Live music will be provided by 90s cover band Lloyd Dobbler Effect. The candy scavenger hunt begins at 5 PM.

Free pumpkins and carving kits will be given to the first 200 attendees, so reserve your pumpkin today. Click here to reserve a pumpkin. Unreserved pumpkins will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Carvers may bring their own carving tools.
