Camden NoMa Now Leasing 321 Apartments

Washington, D.C., November 14, 2013 – Camden NoMa is now leasing 321 apartments in the heart of NoMa. Last night the company unveiled the shiny new building with a champagne party and ribbon-cutting ceremony. Residents can lease apartments ranging from studios to two bedrooms with a den, featuring unique floor plans, a rooftop pool lounge, and a colorful fitness area. The apartments range from 462 SF to 1,360 SF, and rents are from $1,550 SF to $3,900 SF.

“Camden’s opening will bring still more people into NoMa,” said Robin-Eve Jasper, President of the NoMa Business Improvement District. “The neighborhood has become a very exciting and hip place to be.” Including Camden NoMa, 1,338 new apartments will be open in NoMa by next summer, bringing the neighborhood’s total to 3,945 total residential units.

Community Manager TJ Mudd and his team led tours of the first- and second-floor units. The team touted the smoke-free building, comfortable community spaces, sustainable features such as Energy Star stainless steel appliances, a ‘paw spa’ and more. Visit the Camden NoMa website for further details.
