Donohoe Construction recently broke ground on developer Camden Property Trust‘s new 15-story luxury apartment building project in NoMa. The project–for now known unromantically as Camden NoMa Phase II–is located at 61 Pierce St. NE around the corner from the NPR building and could deliver by the first quarter of 2017.

Camden NoMa Phase II will bring 405 rental units in a 492,109-square-foot building, designed by WDG Architecture. Residents will have access to a ground-level courtyard, a rooftop pool and  three levels of below-grade parking.

Phase I delivered a 307,000-square-foot building with 321 rental units in 2013.
