Washington, D.C., March 20, 2013- Sheryl Augustine joined the NoMa BID staff on March 18, 2013 as Business Manager. Sheryl brings more than fifteen years of nonprofit administrative and operations experience to NoMa BID. As Operations and Finance Director at 501cTECH, a nonprofit IT organization, Sheryl worked with the staff to ensure smooth internal operations so that the organization could provide excellent customer service to its client base. Before joining 501cTECH, Sheryl was a customer service representative at the Nonprofit Risk Management Center. Sheryl also gained experience working as an administrative assistant at Novigen Sciences, a scientific consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. area.
Although she has Brooklyn roots, Sheryl spent her high school years in Maryland and now lives in North East DC with her daughter and dog.
