Mill Creek Residential Trust’s Trilogy NoMa apartment project was hailed as the largest single-phase multifamily project to be developed in recent D.C. history when it opened just about two years ago this month, delivering 603 new apartments into the emerging neighborhood not known for high-end rental units.
