A deal to bring camping and outdoors outfitter REI to the NoMa neighborhood of Northeast D.C. appears to have firmed up.
We reported in December REI was looking closely at a space in the Uline Arena development in Northeast D.C., though property owner Douglas Development said at the time that a lease with REI had not been signed.
But the retailer is holding a preview event “to celebrate your future REI Flagship in NoMa” next week at Union Market, which suggests things have progressed since then.
