Washington Post: Which D.C. neighborhood can boast the biggest millennial growth?

By now, everyone knows that millennials love D.C. and D.C. – the former mayor included! – seems to love its newly arrived millennials. Between 2010 and 2012, the District saw a net average gain of 12,583 people, ages 25 to 34, each year, the biggest increase in the country, according to a Brookings Institution analysis of census data.
