WASHINGTON — Shared kitchens and business incubators aren’t new ideas. But Jonas Singer and Cullen Gilchrist saw opportunity in merging the two concepts to launch Union Kitchen, Washington’s first small-business incubator for entrepreneurs in the city’s blossoming food scene.
