In NoMa and on the H Street corridor, 3,414 units are expected to be under construction by Dec. 2017. An additional 13 buildings with 3,071 units are rumored, the report says.

More office space is on the way, too. In the Capitol Hill/NoMa/Navy Yard area, 4.42 million square feet of office space is either under construction now or set to start soon. An additional 8.59 million square feet of office spice has been proposed but not approved yet, the report says. The area has 18.92 million square feet of office space now.
